🌙 Premium Supported Sleep Training Plan
This one-on-one package is designed to provide personalized guidance, expert support, and a proven approach to help your child learn to sleep independently—so your whole family can get the rest you need.
Following my program with consistency will result in age appropriate naps during the day as well as approximately 12 hours of continuous sleep overnight, without any assistance from you! Generally we see better sleep in babies with in just a few days!
This package is for children who are at least 16 weeks of age (from their due date) and are currently sleeping in a crib and are unable to crawl out of their crib.

Here’s what’s included:
Full Review of Your Client Questionnaire
Before we begin, I’ll carefully review the information you provide and send a personalized response outlining how I can best support your family and your child’s specific sleep needs.
Initial Phone Consultation (upon request)
We can schedule a call to talk through your sleep challenges, set goals, and make sure you feel confident and supported before getting started.
Custom Sleep Plan
You’ll receive a fully personalized plan tailored to your child’s age, temperament, and unique sleep struggles, as well as your family’s values and routines. This covers bedtime, night wakings, nap routines, and more.
Unlimited Support
During your sleep training journey, you’ll have unlimited text and phone call support for 2 weeks, starting from night one of sleep training. I’ll be with you every step of the way to answer questions, offer encouragement, and adjust the plan if needed. I respond to texts within 2 hours, between the hours of 7am-10pm PST, often sooner and beyond the hours listed.
Follow-Up Support
With this Premium Package, additional support beyond the sleep training process is included. I will continue to support you and your child through nap transitions, travel-related sleep issues, managing sleep during illness, regressions, or anything else that arises.
